Q. My collecting needs are very focused. How specific can I be in choosing the selections I'd like to see?
A. Upon receiving your initial request we will give you a courtesy call to understand the strengths and weaknesses of your collection. We keep meticulous records of the stamps you purchase in order to send you future selections that will interest you.

Q. How many stamps will I be sent?
A. This depends on the degree of completion of the particular country and your preferred level of spend. For example, if you are only needing high values then you will probably receive a book with 50 or so stamps retailing for around £500. Conversely, if you want low value commemoratives, you may receive 300 stamps in two books.

A. None whatsoever. The Terms of Business on the Service Form (provided) give a clear explanation so that there is no ambiguity between our customers or ourselves.

Q. How do I pay for the stamps I've chosen?
A. We accept all forms of payment: cheques, debit and credit cards, postal orders and cash. There is no charge for card payments. Any cash payments by post are at your own risk. We offer payment by installments for purchases over £50.

Q. Once I've returned the unwanted stamps, how long will it be before I receive a new selection?
A. On the Service Form there is a space marked 'Date of Next Mailing' for you to request your next selection. Some customers opt for a regular monthly mailing, others prefer an immediate turnaround.
